The Assembly Hall – Reconfiguration and refurbishment to provide 6 new classrooms, 2 new seminar rooms, a brand new state of the art library, study room, office areas, external landscaping and a contemporary new glazed gallery.

Hollington Centre – Full refurbishment and reconfiguration to provide new Sixth Form Centre including new study & social areas, sports showers / changing facilities and a new Seaford Café Bar.

The project was completed in 4 phases to ensure the college remained operational throughout.
