Ascia is currently on site completing the demolition of the existing Wyke Building and the design & build of a new part one and part two-storey music school plus external works comprising new external steps, ramps and retaining walls, extended footpaths and pedestrian access routes, and the relocation of the existing cycle store.

There is also new drainage including a soakaway within the existing car parking area and remedial works to the existing drainage systems which will need to be undertaken during college holidays to minimise disruption as the car park and bus routes must remain operational during term time.
