Meet the Executives
The foundation of Ascia’s vision has been built on the strong working relationship that Rob and Neil have formed working together over the past 18 years. They take pride in delivering excellence and are always thinking of new and innovative ways to achieve cost effective and sustainable solutions. The relationships formed with suppliers, clients and consultants are evident of the teamwork approach that they bring to every project.
Neil is co-founder and managing director at Ascia Construction. Neil followed in his father’s footsteps to join the industry, and with Rob has developed a company and team that is dedicated to client satisfaction.
Neil is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building, with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Building Engineering and Management. He has over twenty years experience in the design, construction and safe delivery of projects ranging in value up to £10M.
Neil enjoys spending time with his friends and family, mountain biking, sailing, running and walking in and around the South Downs.
Rob is co-founder and director at Ascia Construction. He has over eighteen years of construction experience, and a drive and passion for creating a positive experience that mutually benefits everyone in the project team. He understands the importance of delivering cost efficient, transparent projects that demonstrate true value for the client.
In his spare time Rob loves spending time with his family and friends and enjoys all things out doors, including hiking, skiing, mountain biking, football and golf.
