The conversion of a dilapidated Barn to form two domestic dwellings.

The feature timber roof trusses were retained and reinforced to provide an internal feature. The existing tiled roof has been refurbished and new conservation rooflights have been installed.

Ascia worked closely with the client to value engineer areas of the original project brief, to provide high quality finishes at a lower cost.
