Construction of new headmasters house and garage complete with external works.

This is Ascia’s fourth project for Lord Wandsworth College with works completed within a live campus.

Prior to starting on site Ascia issued a schedule of value engineering proposals, which were incorporated by the client and design team to bring the project within budget.
