Design and construction of two single storey residential developments with associated external works.

The purpose built buildings are 260m2 each, to accommodate 12 children in total. 

Works included a new foul drainage route from the new outdoor classroom to the existing sewage treatment plant, tree removal and the formation of a new car park.
