The refurbishment of two major student social spaces including the installation of a commercial kitchen. The works were required to take place during periods when the college was fully occupied with both students and staff. Ascia were in daily communication with the college to make sure that they continued to operate with the minimum disruption to their operations. Prior to the contract being awarded Ascia worked closely with the client to produce a number of cost plans and value engineering ideas to make sure the project was feasible, in budget and provided value for money.
