Strip-out and and re-fit of the former Fitness Suite within the ground floor of the Rose Building, to create the Rose Cafe including the installation of a commercial kitchen. 

The works were required to take place during periods when the college was fully occupied with both students and staff. 

Ascia were in daily communication with the college to make sure that they continued to operate with the minimum disruption to their operations.
