The construction of new vehicle workshops, office space and extension of an existing retail store within the same site. The site was challenging due to the existing garage still being in operation adjacent to the building.

 Ascia were in daily communication with the owner of the existing garage and store to ensure that the businesses were able to run efficiently throughout the build. Prior to starting on site Ascia investigated and proposed a schedule of value engineering proposals, which were incorporated by the client and design team.
