Demolition of an existing dilapidated storage building, and construction of a new 50,000 Sq Ft fully automated racked storage building just under 18m high.

This was a two-stage tender, delivered on time and in budget.

The site footprint is the building area, so Ascia utilised a neighbouring building for their office and welfare facilities during the build.

The work was carried out adjacent the existing live factory which works 24/7.

The Building has been built to BREEAM Very Good Standards .
