Ascia have completed their second project for Seaward Properties. The full internal and external refurbishment of Drayton House, Chichester, completed on time for Seaward’s tenant Tennyson Insurance to move into.

Ascia are very proud to have delivered this exclusive gated development of ten new dwellings for Ibex Homes. The houses are designed in a traditional style. The mixture of brick and flint facades and slate roofs are in keeping with the local area.

Ascia Construction have been appointed by The National Museum of the Royal Navy to build the basin and cantilevered canopy for the refurbished 200-foot long D-Day landing craft tank (LCT 7074) to be sited outside the D-Day Story in Southsea....

Ascia have completed the new 6th Form Extension at St Bartholomew’s School, Newbury on time and under budget. The new 6th Form facilities are ready for occupation at the start of the Spring term.
