The full refurbishment of a three storey office building, to include internal fit out, new air-conditioning, mechanical and electrical installations. This is the second office refurbishment Ascia have carried out with Simpson Hilder Associates for Forelle Estates. Prior to the contract being awarded Ascia worked closely with the Client to produce a number of value engineering options to make sure the project was feasible, in budget and provided value for money.
