We are delighted to have been involved in a project that has been shortlisted for the 2024 Housing Design Awards in both the Completed and Project categories. Architects Re-Format have a number of projects shortlisted, including Brewery House in Portsmouth. This project involved the conversion of a former bottling factory into much needed housing stock. The building which has historic value, now sits as a mixture of historic and modern design.
The Housing Design Awards, which are now into their 76th year, were set up by the UK Government in 1948 and are the only national Awards programme promoted by all 3 major professional institutions – RICS, RIBA, and RTPI. Judging continues until late May and winners will be unveiled at a ceremony led by the housing minister in early autumn. We wish Re-Format the very best with their nominations.
