The construction of a new build residential property within the rear garden of an existing property in Milverton Road. The site was a challenge due to extremely tight boundaries, being located close to a local school and on a bus route. Ascia worked closely with the client to value engineer areas of the original project brief to provide the same high quality finish at a lower cost where possible.
