The conversion of disused office space into apartments and a retail unit in the heart of Chichester town centre. Retaining all of the external features this project predominantly consists of internal alterations with the exception of bespoke replacement windows. 

Ascia worked with the client from conception to develop and value engineer the project brief, to provide the right product at a lower cost whilst maintaining high standards.
