We are progressing well at our Mill Road site, where we are building 12 new affordable homes on behalf of Westbourne Community Trust.
Internally we are well underway with plastering and beginning our second fix carpentry, mechanical and electrical. The first set of kitchens are due next week.
Externally, our last section of scaffold is due to be struck next week as cladding will then be complete. Groundworkers are back for second phase works and water, electric and communications mains are all in the process of going in.
