Works are on course to complete this month at our multi faceted project for Fareham College, where we have been busy on site since March carrying out major improvements to this wonderful facility.

The most complex of the activities were undertaken to Block C, which saw a new Kalzip roof overlaid onto the existing along with new rooflights and curtain walling to combat solar gain, whilst a new PV system was put in place to harness the energy from it!

This was undertaken alongside phased teaching space, meeting room, executive office and canteen/common space refurbishments, as well as the installation of a new lift. All of course whilst maintaining the daily operation of the college.

Not to be left out, Block A also received a new roof following the removal of the now redundant rooftop plantroom.

Most recently the main atrium to Block C received a makeover during the summer holidays, with the steel frame, walls and floors all receiving a fresh new look.

This project is testament to the careful planning and meticulous execution of our site and supply chain teams, to bring this project to a close on time and on budget and deliver yet another fantastic education facility.
