Following a challenging December where our team successfully completed foundation and substructure works in exceptionally wet conditions, we’re now advancing with the block and beam floor installation.
The site’s history of flooding required comprehensive drainage solutions across the school field. These works, alongside the ground source heat pump installation, are approaching completion and will provide long-term benefits for the facility.
Operating within an active primary school environment presents significant logistical considerations. Our team has excelled in implementing robust segregation measures, ensuring minimal disruption to daily school operations whilst maintaining good progress.
