We at Ascia are proud to promote the importance of women in construction and have a number of female employees covering roles at every level, both out on sites and at Head Office. Our fabulous female staff are made up of various ages and professional backgrounds, for the wealth of both life and business experience they bring to the company.
In addition, we have been pleased to welcome several talented female students on work experience placements and are proud to sponsor the Petersfield Wildcats Girls U18s football team.
We hope that both these initiatives might spark an interest in construction amongst the next generation of women, at a point in their lives when they are considering career options.
