Social Values

Creating
Construction
Excellence

We recognise and nurture talent in people of all ages. We offer work experience and degree apprenticeships to those starting out in the industry. We support our existing team by providing training, development and promotion opportunities. We care deeply about all our employees, always seeking to prioritise their wellbeing by encouraging them to achieving a harmonious work-life balance.

Environmental Sustainability

We strictly adhere to the current government guidelines for sustainability targets within the construction industry and aspire to go above and beyond in ensuring our projects comply with the principles of economic, social and environmental sustainability.

Community Engagement

We enjoy spending both time and resources in support of the communities we work alongside. We have links with local charities, schools and football teams, and a STEM motorsport charity.

Ascia are proud to be the main sponsor of Eastleigh ITC U12 Girls FC, the girls look great in the new playing and training kits! Good luck for the rest of the season girls!

Ascia Construction are proud to be volunteering at The Festival of Speed this weekend to support The Goodwood Group‘s local charity partner Greenpower Education Trust.

Greenpower Education Trust is a local charity with an outstanding track record in kick starting careers in engineering. They help unlock potential and spark enthusiasm for Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) through the excitement of motorsport.

A team made up of both site and office staff took part in the New Forest Classic bike ride on 16th April, raising vital funds for Alzheimer’s Research.

It was a challenge for all those who took part, whichever route they chose. It was even reported that a couple of the keener cyclists in the group weren’t content with completing the longer course just once…they went round a second time!! Along with the medals and the beers afterwards came a fantastic sense of achievement which made the next day’s aching legs worthwhile.

Future generations will be able to learn more about their school now that a time capsule has been buried by a group of pupils in the foundations of its latest development.

Ascia constructed a special brick box to conceal the time capsule so that it would be protected. A copy of the building plans have been included in the capsule in addition to letters from the Headmistress and pupils; a picture from the youngest pupil who is just three years old and other artefacts reflecting school life. There’s even a face mask and lateral flow test included!

Members of the Ascia Team are taking part in a sponsored cycle ride from London to Amsterdam in aid of Prostate Cancer UK.

The money raised will fund lifesaving research to help beat prostate cancer, a disease affecting one in eight men in the UK.

The amazing Hamble Hurricanes u12s, whose home and away kits are both sponsored by Ascia, have had a fantastic season, coming second in their league. This was enough to earn them promotion to the higher division.

Very impressive for a team that didn’t win even a single match the season before! Well done to all of them, and best of luck for the new season – not too long to wait!

Well done to the Ascia team who completed the Downs Dash mountain bike Sportive, raising funds and awareness for Alzheimer’s Research. Thank you to everyone that participated, contributed and supported the team.

Congratulations to the Ascia Construction team for successfully completing their charity ride for Dementia Support.

The brilliant news is we managed to hit our fund raising target for this worthy cause and would like to continue this now we have completed the ride.

Thank you to everyone that participated, contributed and supported the team. Now to find the next one and persuade them its a good idea!
