The refurbishment of Wetherdown Lodge at the Sustainability centre in East Meon, consists of over-roofing the flat concrete with a new shallow pitched insulated roof, new triple glazed windows, all new services including drainage and over-cladding the exterior of the building with thermal insulation and a rain-shield of timber boarding, as well as a full internal fit out.
